Job Description
- Worked as front liner and manager in the FMCG industry and played the role of a trainer for not less than 3 years, all in multinational reputable FMCG (Strong knowledge of Sales and Distributors in FMCG).
- Extensive knowledge of the FMCG industry and market dynamics.
- Mastering both Facilitation and coaching rules.
- Very good knowledge in assessing people talents and capabilities and identifying areas for development and the relevant trainings and coaching tools to bridge and/or further develop and build on those talents and capabilities.
- Master training material development whether done in house or through a third part agency.
- Good presentation skill, mature, hands-on and hard-working person.
- Good observant with analytical mindset, strong communication, influencing & presentation skills with a strong interpersonal skills.
- Diligent and willing for business travel.

Demonstrates an extensive proven track record of success leading medium to large project engagements in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, including leveraging MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Word to accomplish the following:
- Defining project workflows, managing resources, prioritizing responsibilities and tasks in order to deliver quality and timely results
- Proactively engaging with clients to identify challenges, recommend solutions and manage expectations
- Demonstrating active listening skills to gain understanding of key customer and market issues
