Senior JDE specialist

• Assure system documentation by directing the writing of detailed descriptions of the system components.

• Supervise the training of user department personnel in the use ERP system (JD Edwards) or business solution applications.

• Supervise the Sales Force Application (Adding New Users, Provide Training, Supporting, Troubleshooting, Monitoring)

• Developing new modules and creating the needed reports on the Sales Force Application that fit the continuous needs for better reporting.

• Align with the Sales Department to monitor Cash Vans through the GPS Tracking system.

• Solve any urgent issues that occurs with the company’s Cash Vans remotely through 3rd Party software.

• Recommend and direct software changes and updates to keep department systems up-to-date.

• Monitor any software changes. Assist in designing special forms for user departments.

• Develop methodology to expand flexibility of programs or systems to meet changing needs of user departments and to accommodate future expansion without necessitating a major redesign of the systems.

• Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.

• Providing daily swift support in addition to tackling problems

• Technical development of reports and applications

• ERP (JD Edwards) setup and configuration

• Assist the IT Team in Egypt in different phases of implementing the Sales Force Application.

• Analyze and assess with IT Manager new or daily business requirements relevant to ERP system prior to implementing or performing any change on the system (in case it requires any amendment in system setup, configuration or software development)
