الوصف الوظيفي

Optimize brands’ presence across trade channels, plan and optimize execution of trade and BTL activities.

Create optimized PPL, MSL per trade channel, planograms and visibility touch points.

Analyze distribution and develop plans for improved and optimized coverage across all channels.

Present adequate market intelligence data through market visits and commercial data analysis.

Provide consumer and shopper behavior insights that gears commercial efforts towards the right direction.

Assess and recommend improvement actions for optimized execution of all activities.

Design, execute, monitor, assess and recommend improvement on all trade marketing and BTL activities.

Assess and maximize category coverage, numeric & weighted distribution in the assigned market, and submittal of tactical recommendations on brands’ performance.

Provide analysis on consumer behavior, brand performance and competitors’ performance to assist the company in correctly assessing the health of the brands.

Track, analyze and report on customers’ trends / behavior and competitors' activities by brand through field visits and through timely reports.

Identify new developments and improvement opportunities required in existing products to maintain competitiveness through market analysis reports.

Prepare and update PPL & MSL by trade channel + merchandising planograms and guidelines. Coach / train the merchandising teams on conducting merchandising excellence at the POP.

Set POSM strategy by channel and manage POSM inventory in the market & warehouse. Optimize POSM implementation across trade channels.

Conduct prices scan on timely manner, analyze vs. targeted positioning and recommend adjustment where needed.

Participate in setting the annual trade marketing budget and is directly responsible for the budget spending as per approved plan, and continually track it to ensure optimum spending.

Maintain close coordination with departments, especially Sales and Merchandising teams to make sure all plans are done on time and in full and we are always proactive to any market requirement.

Maintain close coordination with the external agencies (retail audit agency, premiums suppliers & POSM suppliers, etc..) to ensure proper support is maintained.
