– Product lines conformity to hygiene and safety standards prior to line start.

– Inspection of assigned production lines to ensure their adherence to quality standards.

– Daily reporting on production activities and other variables including weight and dimensions of finished products.

– Monitoring of wastage levels in assigned production lines and report results on a daily basis.

– Collection of product samples for analysis by QA/QC department.

– Reporting on major deviations and/or anomalies when and if they occur.

– Checking of process parameters against standard process procedures.

– Checking finished product.  for what reason (e.g. to make sure they are as per set quality standards)? Yes

– Carrying on s of tests when and as requested including RM, Viscosity and Sealing.

– Maintenance of complete and up-to-date records off own quality control activities.

– Inspection of the condition of various materials upon their receipt to ensure they subscribe to required quality standards.
