Job Description
• Prepare monthly progress sales and development reports to the Sales manager.
• Assist the sales manager in developing company sales strategy, as well as identifying market opportunity, to sustain the company’s growth.
• Develop, Manage, lead and monitor our senior sales executive (Sales Supervisor and professional national accounts representative) on a monthly basic.
• Negotiations with the Major On trade Accounts
• Improve profitability & performances of all channels.
• Manage the receivables, maintaining them at a low level and propose to the Sales manager an appropriate credit and payment policy in view of company market position.
• Daily management of all Horeca sales figures per brand per area along with the coordination of the area manager.
• Conduct a monthly sales meeting to evaluate the actual situation based on a proper sales analysis report.
• Handling any quality control issue in an appropriate way with the collaboration of QC head department.
