Job Description

• Responsible for the achievement of the set targets within the assigned territory.

• Allocates targets on team members based on the targets assigned by the Area Manager / District Manager.

• Manage and coach the team to achieve their set objectives.

• Conducts frequent market visits to ensure that the sale fundamentals are properly executed and that trade relations are well maintained.

• Maintain a healthy relationship with key clients.

• Supervise sales activities within assigned units to ensure sales, distribution, and visibility targets are met.

• Coach and train his/her assigned sales team to ensure ongoing development and improvement of their capability and skills.

• Ensure all outstanding payments are collected in a timely manner.

• Report competitions’ activities and performance and other relevant information to the Area Sales Manager and/or concerned employees in other departments in the company (e.g. marketing department).

• Prepare monthly, weekly and daily sales analysis reports as well as other types of sales reports as and when required in order to evaluate sales results to increase productivity in sales and recommend corrective actions for any anomalies if they occur.

• Motivate sales representatives within assigned areas and units to ensure they meet their set targets and KPIs.

• Monitor results on a daily basis to resolve issues as soon as they occur.

• Ensures the effective execution of promotional and special marketing events.
